Most people might not think much about the serving process and that it is just as simple as handing some papers to a stranger then walking away. Maybe continuously knocking on a door or repeatedly ringing a doorbell until that irritated person opens the door only to find they are not getting the best of news, this is not how we operate to achieve the results our clients would like.
No one enjoys receiving bad news, so why make a person’s day worse? We have a rooted code of ethics and ensure that our client’s process is served safely, securely, and quickly.
We will promptly process serve, and have things turned around in an accurate and swift manner because we would like the same done for us.
– We offer a flat rate on the services of your documents to make the most of your time and ours.
– Prices are per person / case / defendant.
– We do our best to serve in as few attempts as possible however, if more than 3 attempts need to be made, we will have to charge $0.50 per mile. NO MILAGE IS CHARGED UNTIL A 4TH ATTEMPT AND YOU WILL BE NOTIFIED PRIOR.
– Same Day Service is Listed Rate x3
– Rush Service is Listed Rate x2 (First attempt made within 3 days of receipt of documents)
– Standard Service is Listed Rate (Attempt made within 5-7 days of receipt of documents)
